Are you affiliated or linked with Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)?

No. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) or any government authority.

We are an independent third-party administrative assistance provider that helps Malaysian business owners with the SSM renewal submission process, including document preparation and follow-up support.

All applications are submitted to SSM, and all official approvals and documents are issued solely by SSM.

After you submit your renewal request using our online platform, our team evaluate your company details and information, provides support as needed, and helps you complete the SSM renewal process through official channels, so you can skipped the hassles of travelling to physical outlet yourself. Once the process is complete, SSM will provide you formal documents in PDF format via email and WhatsApp.

Our service fee covers administrative assistance only. All government fees are paid directly to SSM. Government fees required by SSM are separated, please refer to the table below.

Yes, just click the button below and follow a few simple steps. Fill in the details, make a payment using online banking and you will receive your new certificate within 24 hours. It will be delivered in softcopy by email (please check your spam folder too).

The cost is starting from RM120 including service charge. The cost for online renewal vary here because we offer fast and convenient renewal service and you will get the documents in softcopy (PDF files). In addition, we offer a guarantee to unlimited retrieve or re-send your SSM certificate copy without any charge upon successful renewal through our portal. If you renew it elsewhere, you may need to pay the cost of re-send every time you need it. You also will receive expiry reminder one month before expiry date via email from One Stop Renew Portal.

OSR Business Renew only offers renewal service. You may visit SSM counter for registration services.

SSM only allows renewal of certificate up to a maximum of 12 months after expiry. If it is expired more than a year, your business is automatically terminated. You will need to register your new business again.

Yes, however you will still need to pay for the compound later or you will be blacklisted and not be able to renew the following year.

Our charge is RM120 to cover all fees related to late renewal. It includes clearing blacklist if you have any pending previous unsettled compounds. If your business have prior compounds, it may take up to 5 working days to clear and renew your certificate.

In the case that if your business is more than 12 months expired, renewal will fail and 100% refund to you.

In the case that if your business is blacklisted due to a pending compound, we will contact you to resolve it. If we are unable to renew after that, a 100% will be refunded to you.

An email notification will be send to request for your bank account.

If you are not sure whether your business has a late compound, you may add this first. Upon successful renewal and no compounds were found, we will refund the amount to you in full (RM120). Should there be any compounds, we will clear it for you without hassle.

Refunds are processed within 2 working days from providing us your bank account details. If you are eligible for refund, you will receive an email to fill up an online form.

In support of going green, we no longer print hardcopy. You may print it on your own once you receive the PDF copy.

If you have just made payment, please allow up to 24 hours time for processing. Below are common things to check for:
  • Check your spam folder (just in case)
  • Make sure your inbox has sufficient storage spage quota left. Your inbox will reject all incoming email if it is full.
  • If you are using icloud.com email, check your security settings to allow receiving email from admin@osrbusinessrenew.com.my
  • If you have provided an invalid email, please contact us and update the correct email to be sent to.

If you have not received any email after 24 hours, please contact us via email admin@osrbusinessrenew.com.my (include your Bill ID / Business Name / Business Registration). We usually respond within 1 hour depending on our volume of enquiries.
